The Confidential Reporting Policy PN569, otherwise known as the ‘whistleblowing policy’, has been updated to introduce an independent external reporting platform called EthicsPoint.

The new reporting method has been introduced to improve colleagues’ and suppliers' trust and confidence in the way London Fire Brigade is operating. It also allows individuals to speak out and report serious matters confidentially.
